Kurt Arnold is a trial lawyer that has recovered billions in settlements and verdicts for his clients since founding Arnold & Itkin. Kurt's incredible results for his clients started at an early age when he co-founded his firm at the age of 25. The results speak for themselves: Kurt has obtained more than 50 jury verdicts and settlements exceeding $10 million and more than 500 settlements and verdicts amounting to $1 million or more. Kurt's record-setting jury verdicts include a $117 million recovery, the largest in single-plaintiff personal injury verdict in Louisiana. He also holds a record in Hawaii after securing a $42 million commercial verdict, and he broke a United States record when he obtained a $44 million verdict on behalf of a single-leg amputee. Adding to Kurt's long list of accomplishments include individual recoveries for clients of $92.7 million, $87 million, $78 million, and $72 million. As an advocate for workplace safety, Kurt is proud to have achieved record settlements for workplace accidents in Texas and Louisiana of $357.7 million and $171 million.

Kurt's advocacy for clients hasn't gone unnoticed by some of the most respected organizations in the legal profession. He has been named to the top 50 Elite Trial Lawyer list by National Law Journal. Lawdragon also recognized Kurt as one of the 500 Leading Lawyers in America and as one of the 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers. Kurt attended the University of Texas, where he graduated with honors at the age of 19. He then attended the University of Texas Law School and graduated in the top 5% of his class. Kurt is licensed to practice in Texas and Pennsylvania and has handled cases in nearly all fifty states.

Kurt lives in Houston with his wife Tara and their children Jaxon and Isla. Kurt and his family attend St. Paul's Methodist Church and are founders of the Arnold & Itkin Foundation, a nonprofit that works with numerous charities.
