George Elsener is retired from his successful law practice and actively engaged in the pursuit of trout. We recently ran across a picture of Mr. Elsener on the Muskegon River holding a 12 lb. steelhead taken on a #8 hook (stone fly nymph) with 2X tippet, with caption "There is no greater gift from nature than a fresh run steelhead." Species he is currently chasing with his flyrod include trout, steelhead, salmon, largemouth and smallmouth bass, and bonefish.
