Ms. Mulvey has been honored by "Super Lawyers" magazine as one of the top ten lawyers in Massachusetts every year since 2005. She has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America annually since 1996 and was named as their Medical Malpractice "Lawyer of the Year" for 2010. In 1999, Ms. Mulvey was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only organization of the most respected trial lawyers in the United States and Canada. She served a two-year term as chair of the College's Massachusetts State Committee, and was the national chair for its Committee on Outreach. She is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, an honorary organization limited to 500 lawyers throughout the world, and served as a member of its Board of Directors for six years. She has also been elected as an Advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
