Stewart Jones, Jr. has been involved in many major civil and criminal cases, and has obtained numerous million-dollar verdicts on behalf of his clients and countless million-dollar settlements. At one time or another, he has held the verdict record for a number of counties in Upstate New York. He has authored numerous articles and chapters in a broad variety of trial advocacy books and has lectured extensively throughout New York State on all facets of personal injury lawsuits. He is also a longtime Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers and the American College of Trial Lawyers. While his current focus is on medical malpractice lawsuits, his personal injury practice is broad, diverse and knows no limits. Mr. Jones is also a Fellow of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers with an extensive high-profile criminal practice and is one of a small number of lawyers in our profession who has been Board Certified as both a Civil Trial Advocate and a Criminal Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
