Mr. King has obtained several of Utah's largest and most significant jury verdicts in product liability and other complex tort cases, including the first eight-figure tort verdict in the state's history. He has obtained many multimillion-dollar settlements in personal injury and death cases. Mr. King is often an invited lecturer on leading-edge topics of tort law to trial lawyers in Utah and elsewhere.
