Judy Livingston has long been one of the most successful plaintiff’s attorneys in the U.S. Reserved, methodical and precise, she defies the image of the traditional successful trial attorney. Ms. Livingston is a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. In 1997, she was cited by the National Law Journal as one of "40 lawyers who have made their mark in the area of health care law." She has also been listed by New York magazine and Super Lawyers magazine as one of the best lawyers in New York and New York magazine has cited her as one of "The 50 most influential women lawyers in America." She has also been listed by Dragonlaw as one of the top 500 lawyers in the country. She has participated in lectures and seminars in New York state and nationally on the subjects of the trial of medical malpractice and personal injury cases, as well as programs on women in the courtroom.
