Elizabeth Faiella has been a solo practitioner for 25 of the last 30 years. She specializes in premises liability, personal injury law, civil rights law, and medical negligence cases. She is the daughter and mother of two fine trial lawyers – her late mother, Rachel Johnson, and her son, Peter Gulden, who works with her. Ms. Faiella graduated from Trinity University and attended Emory University School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1976.
